I miss the days when we "Kissed a Girl", told a "Love Story", and always knew we'd "See You Again", but alas time must pass and new music must be created. These albums are the best pop music that 2010 produced (in no particular order). The girls still rule in 2010. Female artists continue to own the airwaves, but I threw some males that may appeal to you as well.
Teenage Dream by Katy Perry: This album is a mix of happy, serious, and flirty, all rolled into a little plastic disk that smell like cotton candy. Great lyrics mixed with great beats.
Can't Be Tamed by Miley Cyrus: The sales of this album doesn't reflect it's brilliance. The music and lyrics are empowering. I will be doing my "Liberty Walk" right into 2011.
Raymond Vs. Raymond by Usher: Chart topper, need I say more? "I came to dance..." and I do everyday in my car with Usher!
Rated R by Rihanna: Don't let Rihanna be overshadowed by Eminem. Eminem needed Rihanna to make a comeback. This album is truly awesome. It has a provocative, hip- hop that you won't be able to turn off.
My World 2.0 by Justin Bieber: The Biebs has had an amazing year, making hits with Usher and lots of "less lonely girls", if you haven't heard anything from this album, you've definitely missed out on some ground breaking pop culture.
The Beginning by The Black Eyed Peas: One of the best comeback groups ever, 'The Peas have a hoppin album with ultimate chart topping potential.
Speak Now by Taylor Swift: This highly anticipated album "Swiftly" chronicles the life and relationships of Nashville's favorite country sweetheart.
