We all have dreams. Dreaming is the easy part, it’s making your dream become a reality that seems like the never ending climb. So many of us say, “if only…” Well Jenna Edwards says, “why not?” The problem in dreaming is we often lack clear goals and motivations. Jenna has creatively developed a solution out of pure passion and experience that she is ready to share with the world.
So many of us lose sight of what we want and need in the scheme of this big world.
Remember when you were a kid, and your parents told you if you brought your grades up, they would bring you out for your favorite meal, or take you to your favorite amusement park? You spent every day in school, sweating through homework with that goal in sight, finding report card time much sweeter when your goal was reached. Having these goals and rewards as adults is just as important, and even more fun.
Jenna says, “You bring into your life what you focus on.” Jenna has been on the very intense Lindora Lean for Life program since the beginning of 2012, and it takes a lot of focus, but is more than a third of the way to her weight loss goal, and focusing on the end result is what keeps her on track.
Give her method a try. Scrapbook something you’ve always wanted to do whether it’s to lose weight, go for a hike, hang ten in Hawaii, or start your own business, the possibilities are endless. After creating your page, leave a space for the achievement celebration and get to work. The important thing is to set goals and rewards that mean something to you, and go for it.
