If You're Going Through Hell Keep On Going! with Supernatural Season 6 on DVD

Season 5 Episode 16 is my favorite part of Supernatural, leading up to season 6. The brothers are put against incredible odds, and it is an emotional journey through a test of faith. I love that Sam and Dean's heaven become a place where happy memories abide. Sometimes happy memories are what push us through the dark times, knowing that there is something better, and I relate to this concept wholeheartedly in Supernatural. Sam never gives up hope. A great line from this episode is "How are we in heaven? All that clean living I guess." "Dark Side of the Moon" is deep and emotional, yet witty, and just a showcase of the awesome show Supernatural is.
Season 6 opened totally unexpected and had a different twist to it than previous seasons, as it displayed a lot more of "normal" life for the Winchester brothers.

Facing Your Demons With Supernatural Season 6

Season six of Supernatural focuses on the brother's relationship as they battle Heaven and Hell. The two brothers spend endless amounts of time traveling together, encountering demons and a trench coat wearing angel.
Since I'm an only child I would probably take my best friend with me to help fight battles with me. He is stronger than he thinks and we would make a good team. He fights for what he believes in and has a solid set of principles he lives by, so there's no one I would rather have by my side travelling and fighting battles. Fighting battles in the "supernatural" world are very similar to fighting the "battles" of life, and I think that whether it be a sibling or friend, that having someone you can count on is essential. I would pick my best friend to battle Heaven and Hell with me because he has already helped me conquer so many other things in life that conquering the supernatural world would be a piece of cake as a team.

The Softer Side of Supernatural Season 6

Dean suprises Sam early in season 6 with a sudden paternal side that emerges when the brothers  investigate a case of missing babies. Certain situations can arise where people really can surprise you. One of my best friends who has always been there for me, became a close friend through her genuine understanding and support in my first Hollywood flop. Nothing really ever seemed to upset Julia*. Our friendship was based on mutual support. Julia's ability to say just the right things and give encouragement at the times when I wanted to give up my dream amazed me and brought us closer as well. Her nurturing side was a side I had never seen, since usually she was known for doling out a little tough love. Revisiting the Natural World With Supernatural: Season 6

From the end of season 5 to the beginning of season 6 the brothers Winchester are separated. The brothers each have their own adventures, but when they are reunited, it seems as if they never left each other, and go back to their teamwork.
I recently returned home to Boston after being in Hollywood for a period of time. My best friend picked me up from the airport and when we saw each other it was like we had never been apart. The first thing we did was go to Dunkin Donuts and get some coffees. When you have a connection with someone, it's a type of "supernatural" phenomenon, that no matter how many miles or how much time separates people, the love of a sibling or a true friend passes the test. Next trip home maybe I'll get some friends to help fight demons. After a Dunkin Donuts Coffee that is...
