Golden Globe Predictions

Here are the nominees for the Golden Globes 2011. *-indicates my prediction.

Movies:
  • Black Swan*
  • The Fighter
  • Inception
  • The King’s Speech
  • The Social Network
The King's Speech is the Oscar fave, but I think Darren Aronofsky has the brilliance.
Best Picture – Musical or Comedy
  • Alice in Wonderland
  • Burlesque
  • The Kids Are All Right*
  • Red
  • The Tourist
Angelina Jolie? Burlesque and Alice in Wonderland are contenders but I'm going with Ruffalo.

  • Jesse Eisenberg, The Social Network
  • Colin Firth, The King’s Speech
  • James Franco, 127 Hours
  • Ryan Gosling, Blue Valentine*

Tough Category. All these men are brilliant actors. I'd like to see Whalberg or Eisenberg win, and while Firth is the Oscar favorite, I'm going with Gosling.
