It's "Clear as Day" America Made the Right Choice

 Season 10 American Idol winner, Scotty McCreery releases his first studio album, Clear as Day, Tuesday October 4th. Season 10 ended with a record number of votes, and for the first time it seemed as though there was not just one but two winners in the competition, both in the country music genre.

 McCreery has his own charm in that sweet deep southern voice, singing seemingly classic country tunes on Clear as Day, sounding like this is his fifth album, rather than his first.

Miley Cyrus: Bringing Sound Beyond Her Voice

Miley Cyrus took to her Twitter account yesterday to announce that she is returning to Haiti after putting a bid in at the Starkey Hearing Foundation’s “So the World May Hear” awards Gala in St. Paul Minnesota Sunday. Miley tweeted, “Going back to Haiti :) just bid at the @starkeyhearing gala and it's confirmed! I am so excited! Bringing all my friends this time. #blessed.” Miley also performed at the event, singing 5 songs “Who Owns My Heart,” “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” “The Driveway,” “Landslide” and “The Climb.”

What makes more sense than to have a film festival in Burbank California- the media center of the world? The 2011 Burbank International Film Festival will be held from September 15-18th. This is where some of the best upcoming talent and vision in filmmaking get their start. The Burbank Film Festival is often a place where socially and environmentally conscious voices are heard. Each year studios have been picking up projects from this festival, so it's a noteworthy stop on the road to success.
