Windsor Drive

Music can work on the emotions like a good Nicholas Sparks novel, but its not often I find music that takes me to another place. The music of Windsor Drive does just that. The band posted a new song yesterday entitled, "Going Under," and after listening to it, you would think this band has been around for years. With influences like Ben Folds and U2, added to gospel roots, this alternative rock group is sure to please the ears of any music lover. My personal favorite song is "Make Believe." Definitely check out Windsor Drive here. They are sure to be rocking all over your radio and TV. Frank and Derol

Frank and Derol is an LA based band made up of the very Talented Codi Caraco, and Brandi Cyrus. These friends formed a band after Codi spent a year at Berklee College of music in Boston (my hometown!) Codi has been playing the piano since she was five, and is described as a gifted classical pianist.              

 Frank and Derol have a unique sound, which can be described as Indie/pop. Brandi, coming from a very musical (albeit famous) family, one wonders how the girls feel being referred to as “Miley’s sister’s band” or “Billy Ray’s daughter’s band” These women are very talented in their own right. Their musical inspirations list everything from The Killers to Mozart. Brandi played piano when she was younger, and now plays the electric and acoustic guitars, along with singing the harmonies. Brandi has played guitar for both Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus on the road. Codi and Brandi write songs together from the heart that bring warmth to the soul.
